This page says what the site collects, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, street or ZIP, what is happening, and any message you write. When you call or text, we see your number and keep a note of the call.
What we use it for
We use it to call you back, to book the visit and to write the note and the estimate. We do not sell it and we do not share it, except with the locality when a permit needs your address.
Photos and video
A photo you text us goes to the shop phone and is used to look at your job. The camera video from a visit belongs to you, and we keep a copy with the job record.
How long we keep it
Job records stay as long as the work needs a record, such as a permit or a question about a repair. Requests that never became a job are deleted within a year.
